Proctor Public Schools uses an online application system.

Paper applications are no longer accepted. The online application must be completed to be considered for current and/or future vacancies. 

Internal Applicants

Individuals employed in regular contract positions (does not include part-time/temporary employees, substitutes, long-term substitutes, or other employees who do not have continuing employment rights with the Proctor Public Schools) may apply for internal positions. When an open position is posted, internal employees must complete the online application. 

External Applicants 

Licensed positions include professional personnel who are required to be licensed by the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB):  teacher, including special education teacher, district nurse, counselor, speech/language pathologist, social worker, principal, and administrator.

Non-Licensed positions include paraprofessional, clerical, playground/lunchroom supervisor, food service, transportation, maintenance/custodial, child care aide, coach, and activity advisor.

Paraprofessional/Educational Assistant Requirements

We welcome and encourage substitutes who are licensed and non-licensed to complete an application.
